Four To Go treats customers in a professional manner always trying to keep in mind of what it is like on the other side of the counter. We strive to hold the customers best interest in mind in all areas including functionality, dollars spent and aesthetics. The following policy’s are in place taken from our many years of service. Lift Kit Installations
The initial installation includes a front end alignment and a 500 mile check up and retorque to make sure that no bolts have come loose and all the items are settling in. Installation of all full suspension lift kits are covered by the manufacturers warranty on the parts. The labor (installation) is covered for 90 days. If there is a defect in workmanship in a part after the initial 90 days the labor to change the part is the responsibility of the vehicle owner.

Ring and Pinion/Differential Locker Installation – Four To Go has years of experience setting up ring and pinions for the purpose of gear ration changes or installing differential lockers. Four To Go will set the gears up with backlash specks similar to what the factory uses, all synthetic oil in the differential and a Lube Locker gasket to seal the case (when available). When having ring and pinions changed, it is highly recommended to “break-in” the gears with about 500 miles before towing or putting undo stress on the differential.

Suspension Checks/Repairs – Upon request, Four To Go will inspect the suspension for any “worn” or problematic parts. When needed, Four To Go will use high quality replacement parts in either a replacement grade or upgraded versions. These repairs include, but are not limited to ball joints, tie rods, u-joints, drive shafts, steering stabilizers, shocks, steering boxes, differential bearings and so much more.

Parts and Accessories – Four To Go has worked with hundreds of manufacturers over the years, tested thousands of different parts and installed more brands than one can count. We will recommend the brands that are most user friendly as far as price for what you get, ease of installation, ease of getting replacement parts if needed and ease of rebates if possible. As a consumer we also understand that some people don’t always agree with us and the brands we like, so if you like something else better we can usually get that also.
All new unit (ATV, side by side, snowmobile) sales are gone over at the time of purchase with one of our technicians to show as much as possible on a specific machine. Obviously not being in real time, on a trail or snow it is impossible to go over everything and every situation. Every unit is sold with an owners manual, a safety guide and in many cases a safety video. If you need more explanation on maintenance, safety features, off road or snow features please ask.

Returns – Four To Go will accept any returns that the parts are in new condition in the original package and un-installed. Any special orders product will not be returned unless there is a fitment or quality issue and a manager approval. Four To Go holds the right on any return to give store credit instead of money back or to charge a restocking fee, dependent on the part and how difficult it will be for us to receive credit. Any warranty issue or fitment issues are excluded from the above mentioned policies.

ATV and Side by Side Sales – All new Arctic Cat / Textron Off Road ATV and Side by Side’s are sold with the manufacturers warranty. Standard warranty is 6 months unless there is a promotion extending the warranty. There are a few models that have a longer warranty. Factory Arctic Cat / Textron Off Road warranty includes parts and labor on all defects in parts and workmanship for the time allotted to each vehicle unless special arrangements have been made.

Four To Go – is ‘Gold Cat-Master’ certified to repair all Textron Off Road and Arctic Cat ATV’s and Side by Sides. Typically repairs on these vehicles works best by dropping the machine off at our location during business hours. We then put it in line (in order of dropped off) to fix around other jobs currently in the shop. Typically Four To Go will call before any work is done with quotes unless other arrangements were made. Four To Go will typically use branded Textron Off Road / Arctic Cat replacement parts to fix the issue, unless an aftermarket part is asked for. After Four To Go calls on completion of the unit we request arrangements to pick up the machine are done within a week. If there is no communication within a week of the phone call Four To Go reserves the right to charge a storage fee assessed per day.

Snowmobile Sales – All new Arctic Cat snowmobiles are sold with the manufacturer warranty, standard is 1 year from the date of purchase, unless the purchase date is between May 1st and September 1st in which case you get a full riding season warranty. In some promotional cases you are provided with an extended warranty from Arctic Cat. Arctic Cat’s warranty covers all parts and installation if there is a defect in manufacturers workmanship.

Snowmobile Repairs – Four To Go is certified from Arctic Cat to repair all Arctic Cat branded snowmobiles. Four To Go will use Arctic Cat branded replacement parts when available to repair all machines unless the clients expresses wanting something different. Snowmobile repairs work best if the unit is dropped off at your convenience and put in line for our Tech. Depending on part availability this is the quickest process for getting the machine repaired and back on the snow. Snowmobile ‘tune-ups’ will only be done in the late fall so that it will be used right away. After communication that the machine is finished the consumer has a week to make arrangements to pick the machine up. If no communication is had regarding the status of the machine Four To Go holds the right to charge a storage assessed per day.

Special Service / Demo models – On some occasions Four To Go has Factory Demo / Special Service units available for sale. These particular units are sold at a highly discounted price but only feature a 90 day factory warranty. Everything possible is done to prolong the life of that warranty but when the 90 days is over, the warranty is over. The machines are not available for any of the current programs such as financing, rebates or extended warranties.

Financing Options – On the sale of new Textron / Arctic Cat machines we offer financing through FreedomRoad Financial or Sheffield Financial. Everything possible is done to get people qualified but sometimes the companies just aren’t interested. Four To Go has no control over what the financing companies say but we are willing to work with many local financial institutions that you may already have a working relationship with.
